Barakhots is a Hebrew word for "blessings." A blessing is meant to help us become more aware of the all encompassing presence of God, the Divine Presence of Love and Light in our lives. Saying a blessing allows us to pause, contemplate, reflect and honor the intention and experience gratitude, a state of contentment, peace and comfort.
